Setting permissions for multiplexed accounts
You can click Permissions to view and set permissions for a multiplexed account. For example, if you have changed the sub-accounts associated with a multiplexed account, you might need to add and set new permissions on the new sub-account.
To view and set multiplexed account permissions:
- In the Admin Portal, click Resources, then click Accounts to display the list of accounts.
- Click Multiplexed Accounts.
- Select the account to display the account-specific details.
- Click Permissions.
- Click Add to add a new sub-account to the multiplexed account, if needed.
If adding a new account, type a search string to locate the account. Select the appropriate sub‑account in the list of results, then click Add.

Select the sub-account users, groups, roles, or computers to which you want to grant permissions.

Select the appropriate permissions, then click Save.
